Per-user prices are typical published UK managed IT rates. Your own numbers will differ, so we work them out together on the setup call.

How it works

You tell us who you want to meet. We do the finding, the asking and the booking.

  1. A 15-minute call about your ideal client Day 1

The towns you cover, the sectors you like, the size of business, and anyone you don't want to meet.

  2. We build your list Week 1

We research local firms that fit from public sources like Companies House, and check each one's size.

  3. We invite them Week 1 onwards

By email and phone, we offer a free 20-minute IT and security check with you. We follow UK marketing rules throughout.

  4. You take the meeting

It lands in your calendar with a short brief. We send them a reminder the day before. We only invoice for meetings that happened, and we check in with the business afterwards to hear how it went.

How we're different

Most lead generation agencies are built for big sales teams. We built this for small IT firms.

Who's behind this

AutomateEdge is run by Kyan Sukhram from Woking, Surrey. It's a new service, which is exactly why your first 3 meetings are free: you judge the quality before you spend anything.

We only email limited companies, and we check phone numbers against the business do-not-call list (CTPS) before calling. We never promise anything on your behalf that you haven't agreed to.

Questions

Where do the businesses come from?

We build a list for your area from public sources such as Companies House and business listings, check each firm's size, then contact them by email or phone.

What do you say to them?

We offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute IT and security check with a local IT company. That's you.

What if someone doesn't turn up?

You don't pay. You only pay for meetings that happen with a business that fits your brief.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. You agree a one-page agreement by replying to an email, and either of us can stop with 7 days' notice. We invoice weekly, only for meetings that happened.

Which areas do you cover?

Anywhere in the UK. We book businesses near you, in the towns you say you can serve.

How many meetings can I get?

It depends on your area and brief. We agree a monthly cap with you, so you're never booked beyond what you can take on.
